To All my Favorite Humans,

Just in case you are wondering why you haven’t seen me around, yes it’s true. Elvis has left the building. I got a call from the guy upstairs that I simply couldn’t refuse – but not before leaving a note and paw print to all of my favorite fans.

Wow – sixteen years of greeting, sleeping, and tearing up boxes at my favorite place in the whole wide world – Jacks Outback II!

What a life. It’s not every guy that can be loved and admired by hundreds of people every week for sixteen years. It was an awesome responsibility to carry the family name of Jack – but I could not have done it without all the love and affection that you all gave to me and my daughter Andi.

But now I’m running on the beach with the big dogs. It is great up here. My new favorites are heavenly hash and angel food cake (funny no deviled eggs on the menu).

But – I can still see you and “feel” you all. Please give an extra pat to my daughter and be extra kind to the best person in the whole wide world – my MOM! I look in on her every day. Just check for big paw prints around my house out front.

Gotta run (ahh - that feels so good)! The boss is calling – something about meeting some new recruits. But – thanks again for an amazing life. See you on the beach!

“My husband and I have been eating at Jack's for years. Now the COVID 19 hanging over everyone's head, like everyone else we want to be safe. So, guess what? Jack's has indoor seating that is definitely as safe as it gets. When you arrive, you sign up. Then wait or not for an empty, clean booth. Then you and/ or your party is escorted directly to your booth which has barriers on either side. Everyone has observed the social distancing and the masks until you are in the booth.

The restaurant is impeccably clean, the food is great, the waiters and waitresses more than polite and in my opinion, you are safe. All utensils are wrapped and if you want salt, pepper, ketchup, they are also individually wrapped…”

“Excellent breakfast. I had bagels and Lox with bangers on the side and wife had bagel with cream cheese. Service was fast. Super clean inside and full COVID compliance. We felt very safe while enjoying a great breakfast.”
